Each product page shows its own delivery window in business days, counted from the day you order. That window includes the time it takes us to prepare your order.
Where we ship
The United States. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories can take longer.
Canada is coming next. Canadian visitors can join the list on the site and we will email them the day we start shipping there.
Costs
Orders over US$65 ship free. Below that, shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where orders ship from
Every order is made to order and ships from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in the United States, so there are no customs duties and nothing to pay on delivery.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. We email the tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Holidays and carrier delays can add a few days. If your order is more than five business days past its window, email us and we will chase it with the carrier. If it is lost, we replace it or refund you.
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can’t be refunded, but we can send them again for the cost of shipping.
